(1) An authorised officer who has reason to believe that a person possesses any document, or record, that is relevant to a matter under this Act or a related Act may require that person to deliver the document or record, or a copy of the document or record, as directed.(2) A requirement under subsection (1) may specify that the document, record, or copy, to which it relates is to be delivered (a) at a place specified in the requirement; and(b) to the Director or any other authorised officer; and(c) at, by, or within, a time specified in the requirement; and(d) in person, by certified mail or in any other prescribed manner.
