AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (TASMANIA) ACT 2010 (NO. 40 OF 2010) - SECT 32
Evidentiary provisions
(1) A document (a) purporting to be a certificate by the
Director; and
(b) stating that a person specified in the certificate is an
authorised officer
is admissible in evidence in any legal
proceedings and is evidence of the matter stated in the certificate.
(2) In any proceedings an apparently genuine copy of any document or
record (a) taken by an authorised officer under this Act; and
(b)
certified by the Director to be a true copy of the original

evidence of the existence of the original and of its contents.
