(1) An owner, by notice in writing, must notify the completion of any work performed under an emergency order, a building order or a plumbing order to the person who issued the order.Penalty: In the case of (a) a natural person, a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units; or(b) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.(2) After inspecting the completed work, the person who issued the order is to (a) notify the owner that the order has been complied with; or(b) require the order to be complied with.
