A group permit granted under this Division is to –

(a) be in a form approved by the Secretary; and

(b) specify –

(i) the class of persons in respect of which the permit has been granted; and

(ii) the type of permit granted; and

(iii) each condition imposed in respect of the permit; and

(iv) the period in respect of which the permit is in force.
