For the purposes of an application under this Act, or a decision made under this Act, the following matters may be taken into account when determining whether the person is, or is no longer, a suitable person:(a) if the person has been found guilty of an offence under this Act;(b) if the person has been found guilty of an offence under any other Act or law that (i) is relevant to the application, or decision, being made; or(ii) is an offence punishable by imprisonment for a term longer than 6 months;(c) if the person has failed to comply with a requirement of this Act, or a requirement or condition of an authorisation issued or granted under this Act;(d) if there has been an unfavourable accreditation audit or biosecurity audit in respect of the person;(e) any prescribed matter;(f) any other matter that the person considering the application, or making the decision, considers relevant to the application or decision.
