BIOSECURITY ACT 2019 (NO. 22 OF 2019) - SECT 189
Amendment or revocation of control order
(1) The Minister may amend or revoke a control order.
(2) An
amendment to a control order may make provision for any matter for which a
control order may make provision.
(3) An amendment to, or revocation
of, a control order takes effect, and is to be notified, in the same way as a
control order.
