BIOSECURITY ACT 2019 (NO. 22 OF 2019) - SECT 29
Division 2 - Veterinary officers
Chief Veterinary Officer
(1) The Secretary may appoint, by written instrument, a veterinary
surgeon employed in the Department to be Chief Veterinary Officer.
(2)
The person may hold the office of Chief Veterinary Officer in conjunction with
State Service employment.
