(1) If the Director of Public Health considers it in the interest of public health or public safety to do so, the Director may make a direction, in writing, in respect of one or more of the following:(a) the handling and disposal of human remains;(b) the carrying on of a regulated business;(c) the management of a cemetery or crematorium;(d) any other prescribed matter.(2) A person to whom a direction under subsection (1) applies must comply with the direction.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
