On the closure of a crematorium –

(a) the crematorium manager must advise the regulator in writing of that fact; and

(b) the crematorium manager must forward all prescribed records relating to the crematorium to the State Archivist; and

(c) the records vest in the Crown.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
