BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING FUND AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 54 OF 2004) - SECT 17

Section 21 substituted

Section 21 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is substituted:
21. Imposition of levy
Subject to this Act, a levy is imposed in respect of the value of building or construction work which commences after the commencement of this Act.
