BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING FUND AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 54 OF 2004) - SECT 20

Section 24 amended (Exemption for certain work)

Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "cost" and substituting "value" ;
(b) by omitting "$5 000" and substituting "$12 000" .
