A person who is a party to a contract with the Company is not entitled to –

(a) terminate the contract; or

(b) claim that there has been a breach or default of the contract; or

(c) exercise any rights; or

(d) claim any remedy or benefit –

by reason only of the purchase of the existing shares by the Crown.
