BUSINESS FRANCHISE FEE ABOLITION ACT 1999 (NO. 75 OF 1999) - SECT 10

Section 86 amended (Powers of authorized officer)

Section 86(4) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting subparagraph (i) from paragraph (c);
(b) by omitting subparagraph (i) from paragraph (f).
