Section 64 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "licence under the Tobacco Business Franchise Licences Act 1980 " and substituting "tobacco seller's licence" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (3) "licence under the Tobacco Business Franchise Licences Act 1980 " and substituting "tobacco seller's licence" .
