BUSINESS FRANCHISE FEE ABOLITION ACT 1999 (NO. 75 OF 1999) - SECT 6
Section 25 amended (Grant of licence)
Section 25(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and
substituting the following paragraph: (b) request the applicant to pay any
prescribed fee payable on the grant of a liquor licence.
