BUILDING LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2018 (NO. 39 OF 2018) - SECT 75
Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)
Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting " Building Act 2000 " from the definition of building surveyor and
substituting " Building Act 2016 " ;
(b) by omitting " Building Act 2000 "
from the definition of building work and substituting " Building Act 2016 " .
