Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (1)(a) " Part III of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 " and substituting " Part 3 of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 " ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (1)(b) "that Act" and substituting "the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 " ;

(c) by omitting from subsection (2)(b) " National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 " and substituting " Nature Conservation Act 2002 " ;

(d) by omitting from subsection (3) " Part III of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 " and substituting " Part 3 of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 " ;

(e) by omitting from subsection (4) " Section 26A of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 " and substituting " Section 56 of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 " .
