(1) A person who is aggrieved by the conduct of a registered practitioner may complain to the Board.(2) A complaint may be made and dealt with under this Part even though the person who is the subject of the complaint has ceased to be a registered practitioner and, for that purpose, a reference in this Act to a registered practitioner includes a reference to a person who has ceased to be registered or whose registration is suspended.(3) A complaint may be made or dealt with under this Part even though the registration of the person who is the subject of the complaint was suspended at the time of the matter complained of.
