Section 78

Physiotherapists' Registration Act 1951
1.    Section 24(2) is amended by omitting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:
(d) being a person registered as a chiropractor or osteopath under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 , applies physiotherapeutic treatment in the course of practising chiropractic or osteopathy.
Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988
1.    Section 74 is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting the definition of chiropractor and substituting the following definition:
chiropractor means a person who is registered as a chiropractor under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 ;
(b) by inserting "osteopath," after "optometrist," in paragraph (a) of the definition of medical services ;
(c) by inserting "osteopath," after "optometrist," in paragraph (e) of the definition of medical services ;
(d) by inserting the following definition after the definition of optometrist :
osteopath means a person who is registered as an osteopath under the Chiropractors and Osteopaths Registration Act 1997 ;
