CHILD AND YOUTH SAFE ORGANISATIONS ACT 2023 (NO. 6 OF 2023) - SECT 33
Disclosure of reportable allegation or conviction
Any person may disclose a reportable allegation or reportable conviction in
relation to a worker of a relevant entity to – (a) the head of the
relevant entity; or
(b) the Regulator.
