CONSOLIDATED FUND APPROPRIATION ACT (NO. 2) 2008 (NO. 25 OF 2008) - SECT 3
Issue, application and appropriation of $19 640 000
(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2009, the
Treasurer may – (a) issue the sum of $19 640 000 out of
the Consolidated Fund; and
(b) apply that sum for the services of the
Government.
(2) The sum specified in subsection (1) is appropriated.
