CARER RECOGNITION ACT 2023 (NO. 1 OF 2023) - SECT 7
Obligations of State Service Agencies
(1) Each Agency is to take reasonable steps to implement the Tasmanian
Carer Action Plan and the Carers Charter.
(2) Each Agency is to monitor and report to the Minister on the steps
taken by the Agency to implement the Tasmanian Carer Action Plan and the
Carers Charter.
