DOG CONTROL ACT 2000 (NO. 102 OF 2000) - SECT 43

Destruction without suffering
A person who destroys a dog under this Act must destroy the dog quickly and without causing undue suffering.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
