(1) An authorised person may enter and remain in or on any private premises at any reasonable time to determine (a) the number of dogs on those premises; and(b) whether or not any dog on those premises is registered; and(c) any other relevant matter relating to any licence.(2) An authorised person may require the occupier of the premises to produce for inspection by the authorised person on the premises (a) all dogs of which the occupier is the owner; and(b) any other dogs kept on those premises; and(c) evidence of the registration of dogs kept on those premises.
