The definition of employer in section 31(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "the Tasmanian Academy," ;

(b) by omitting "a person or body referred to in section 51 of the Education Act 1994 ;" and substituting "the governing body, within the meaning of the Education Act 2016 , of a school that is registered under that Act;" .
