EDUCATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 37 OF 2017) - SECT 14
Section 22 amended (Providing learning program or notifying of home education)
Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "statement of Year 10 completion" and substituting "transition
statement" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (3) "statement of Year 10
completion" and substituting "transition statement" ;
(c) by omitting from
subsection (6) "statement of Year 10 completion" and substituting "transition
statement" .
