EDUCATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 37 OF 2017) - SECT 9
Section 8 amended (Kindergarten)
Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "30 June" and substituting "1 January" ;
(b) by omitting
from subsection (2) "30 June" and substituting "1 January" ;
(c) by omitting
subsections (3) and (4) .
