ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY SAFETY AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 (NO. 72 OF 1997) - SECT 31
Term of licence
(1) A licence, other than a licence granted on a provisional basis, is
to be granted or renewed for a term, not exceeding 3 years, specified in the
licence.
(2) A licence granted on a provisional basis is to be granted
for a term, not exceeding one year, specified in the licence.
