ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY SAFETY AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 (NO. 72 OF 1997) - SECT 34
Surrender of licence
(1) The holder of a licence may, by written notice to the Regulator,
surrender the licence.
(2) The notice of surrender must be accompanied
by the licence or a statement to the effect that it has been lost or
destroyed.
