(1) If the Regulator is satisfied on investigation that electrical work carried out by the holder of an electrical contractor's licence is defective, the Regulator may make a rectification order, being an order requiring rectification of the defective work, against the holder of the licence.(2) A rectification order (a) must give reasonable particulars of the work required to be carried out under the order; and(b) must be given personally or by post to the holder of the licence.(3) A person against whom a rectification order is made must comply with the order.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
