(1)  The Regulator may delegate any of the Regulator's functions under this Act.

(2)  A delegation may be made to –

(a) a board or committee established under this Act; or

(b) a public or local authority; or

(c) an officer or employee of –

(i) the Crown; or

(ii) a public or local authority; or

(d) any other authority or person of a class prescribed by regulation.
