PART 5 - Electrical infrastructure, installations, equipment and practices
Division 1 - Power of entry and inspection
Power of entry and inspection
(1) An authorised officer may enter land or premises at any reasonable
time to inspect – (a) electrical infrastructure; or
(b) an
electrical installation; or
(c) an electrical article.
(2) The
authorised officer may carry out tests to determine whether the
infrastructure, installation or equipment is safe.
