ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY SAFETY AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 (NO. 72 OF 1997) - SECT 75
Publication of details of serious electrical accidents
(1) The Regulator may publish details of serious electrical accidents
that the Regulator considers necessary in the interests of public information
and safety.
(2) No action in defamation arises from the publication of
details of serious electrical accidents under this section.
