EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 31 OF 2018) - SECT 19
Section 31 amended (Authorised officers)
Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by inserting the
following paragraphs after paragraph (c) in subsection (1) : (ca) the State
Recovery Advisor;
(cb) a State Recovery Coordinator;
(cc) a Municipal Recovery
Coordinator;
(b) by inserting the following paragraphs after paragraph (c) in
subsection (2) : (ca) the State Recovery Advisor;
(cb) a State Recovery
Coordinator;
(cc) a Municipal Recovery Coordinator;
