ELECTORAL MATTERS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2023 (NO. 38 OF 2023) - SECT 37

Section 8 amended (Sitting fees, allowances, &c.)

Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Redistribution Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "Redistribution Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" .
