ELECTORAL MATTERS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2023 (NO. 38 OF 2023) - SECT 49

Part 2, Division 5: Heading amended

Division 5 of Part 2 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " Determination by Redistribution Tribunal " from the heading to that Division and substituting " Determination by Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission " .
