ELECTORAL MATTERS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2023 (NO. 38 OF 2023) - SECT 52
Section 27 amended (Copies of certain documents to be forwarded to both Houses of Parliament)
Section 27(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting
"Redistribution Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral
Commission" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (e) "Tribunal" and substituting
"Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" ;
(c) by omitting from paragraph
(f) "Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" ;
(d) by omitting from paragraph (g) "Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian
Augmented Electoral Commission" ;
(e) by omitting from paragraph (h)
"Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" .
