ELECTORAL MATTERS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2023 (NO. 38 OF 2023) - SECT 60
Section 29F amended (Notice of initial transition proposal)
Section 29F of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Redistribution Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented
Electoral Commission" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (1)(a)(iii) "Tribunal"
and substituting "Tasmanian Augmented Electoral Commission" ;
(c) by omitting
from subsection (2) "Redistribution Tribunal" and substituting "Tasmanian
Augmented Electoral Commission" .
