ECONOMIC REGULATOR (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 59 OF 2009) - SECT 100
Section 46 amended (Suspension or cancellation of licences)
Section 46 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Director of Gas" and substituting "Regulator" ;
(b) by
omitting from subsection (2) "Director." and substituting "Regulator." ;
(c)
by omitting from subsection (3) "Director" first occurring and substituting
"Regulator" ;
(d) by omitting from subsection (3) "Director" second occurring
and substituting "Regulator" ;
(e) by omitting from subsection (3)(b)
"Director" and substituting "Regulator" .
