ECONOMIC REGULATOR (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2009 (NO. 59 OF 2009) - SECT 164
Section 94 amended (Verification of information)
Section 94 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Director" first occurring and substituting "Regulator or
Director of Gas Safety" ;
(b) by inserting in subsection (1) "Regulator or"
after "if the" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (2) "Director" and
substituting "Regulator or Director of Gas Safety" .
