Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Water and Sewerage Economic" ;

(b) by omitting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

(2)  The Regulator, within the meaning of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 , is the Regulator.
