FIREARMS AMENDMENT ACT 2007 (NO. 43 OF 2007) - SECT 66

Regulation 12 amended (Safety requirements for conveying prohibited firearms)

Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in paragraph (b) "reasonably" after "if" ;
(b) by omitting paragraphs (c) and (d) ;
(c) by omitting from paragraph (f) "hardwood" and substituting "timber" .
