FOREST PRACTICES AMENDMENT (THREATENED NATIVE VEGETATION COMMUNITIES) ACT 2006 (NO. 35 OF 2006) - SECT 13

Schedule 7 amended (Objective of the Forest Practices System of Tasmania)

Schedule 7 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (ea) the following paragraph:
(eb) the conservation of threatened native vegetation communities; and
