FOREST PRACTICES AMENDMENT (ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM) ACT 2004 (NO. 55 OF 2004) - SECT 88

Schedule 7 amended (Objective of the Forest Practices System of Tasmania)

Schedule 7 to the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:
(ea) an emphasis on research, review and continuing improvement; and
