HEALTH COMPLAINTS AMENDMENT ACT 2005 (NO. 5 OF 2005) - SECT 23

Section 59 amended (Action on investigation reports)

Section 59(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
(ba) a statement of reasons for that finding; and
