After section 62 of the Principal Act , the following section is inserted in Part 7:

62A.     Power of registration board to give information to Commissioner

For the purpose of assisting the Commissioner to perform his or her functions under this Act, a registration board may make any information that it receives in the performance of its functions under this Act or any other Act available to the Commissioner.
