(1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally places a human embryo in an animal.Penalty: Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.(2) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally places a human embryo in the body of a human, other than in a woman's reproductive tract.Penalty: Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.(3) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally places an animal embryo in the body of a human for any period of gestation.Penalty: Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.
