HEALTH LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2022 (NO. 23 OF 2022) - SECT 74

Regulation 124 amended (Reporting of acquisition and disposal of relevant substances)

Regulation 124(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "pharmaceutical chemist" from paragraph (a) of the definition of specified person and substituting "pharmacist" .
