HOUSING LAND SUPPLY AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 18 OF 2023) - SECT 5

Section 5 amended (Land that may be declared to be housing supply land)

Section 5(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (d)(ii) " Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Act 2014 ; and" and substituting " Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Act 2014 ." ;
(b) by omitting paragraph (e) .
