Meaning of generic terms in Health Practitioner Regulation National Law for purposes of this jurisdiction
In the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) –
court of summary jurisdiction means the Magistrates Court or another court
exercising summary jurisdiction;
magistrate has the same meaning as in the
Magistrates Court Act 1987 ;
magistrates court has the same meaning as in the
Magistrates Court Act 1987 ;
this jurisdiction means Tasmania.
